These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your use of the services provided by

Tammy Jean Velasquez LLC, dba DivineWays

("we," "our," or "us"). By scheduling or participating in services, including but not limited to QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) sessions, coaching sessions, and other related activities, you ("Client") agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Agreement to Terms

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

You are of legal age (18 or older).You understand that Tammy Jean Velasquez is a QHHT practitioner, not a clinical hypnosis therapist or licensed medical professional.

2. Confidentiality and Exceptions

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your identity and information shared during sessions, except in the following circumstances as required by law:

Knowledge of child or senior abuse or neglect.Immediate danger of suicide or self-harm.Perceived threat or harm to another person.A court order requiring disclosure.Knowledge of a felony being committed.

3. Recording and Media Use

Sessions may be audio and/or video recorded for documentation purposes. By engaging in our services, you consent to this recording. You grant DivineWays LLC permission to maintain and use anonymized content from your session (excluding your real name and identifiable details) for promotional, educational, or media purposes, including but not limited to blogs, social media, and publications.

4. Waiver and Release of Liability

You acknowledge and agree to the following:

Participation in any activity provided by DivineWays LLC is voluntary, and you assume all associated risks, including physical, emotional, or psychological effects. You waive, release, and discharge Tammy Jean Velasquez and her affiliates, employees, volunteers, representatives, and agents from any claims for damages, including but not limited to injury, property damage, or death, arising from participation in services. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DivineWays LLC from any claims or liabilities resulting from your participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

5. Medical Disclaimer

Services provided by DivineWays LLC are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You certify that you are physically and mentally fit to participate and have not been advised otherwise by a medical professional.

6. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Rescheduling Policy: You must reschedule or cancel appointments at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours will result in full payment of the session fee.

7. Consent to Medical Treatment

In the event of an injury or medical emergency during your participation, you consent to receiving medical treatment as deemed necessary.

8. Use of Recordings

By participating, you agree to the use of session recordings for documentation and legitimate purposes.Your identity and legal name will remain confidential unless you provide explicit written consent for disclosure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permissible by law:

DivineWays LLC is not liable for errors, omissions, or actions by third parties involved in providing services. The waiver of liability is broadly construed to ensure maximum protection for DivineWays LLC and its affiliates.

10. Acknowledgment

By agreeing to these terms, you certify that you:

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with booking a session, clicking "Accept," or otherwise engaging with our services through this website or associated platforms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions in full. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of this Agreement.
